When you carry work home from office, in your mind, it forms a lasting impression in your brain. The hour before your bedtime is the hour which your brain will remember best, before you fall asleep. Whatever you spend time on during that hour, can influence your dream for thr night. For example, if you were reading a romance book, then you may dream of love. If you watch a horror movie before going to sleep, you may see a bad dream that night, and etc. This is why you shouldn’t think or do unpleasant issues before bedtime. Instead, meditate for a while to set a calm mood before bedtime.
