Mindful Doodles #252
I need to take a bus to get to my temporary “work space” which is actually a public library. I live in a small city with no free space to sit for local travelers. Almost all the malls are filled to capacity with shoppers. We can’t sit in any establishment that sells F & B because the staff feels shortchanged if you don’t order a meal. They don’t want to sell drinks to you because they don’t earn peanuts from beverages. Sitting space is precious.

Meditate in library
I appreciate the few remaining free public spaces. I can buy a drink to sit in a cafe but how long can I sit before I wear out my welcome? That’s why I prefer to sit in a public library. I can read, write, draw, or meditate. When I have a small pocket of time like 3 hours, I travel to the library nearest to my location, to spend time there while waiting out the time.
