Cat Doodles #3

I drew and crayoned a pretty decent cat. Then I followed instructions in an art book, to cover my crayoned art in black ink, let it dry, and scratch off the ink. I was promised a scratched artwork. I got this:

Cat colored in crayons. The black ink was painted over it. After ink dried, it was scratched, albeit unsuccessfully.

It looks like the cat was walking in the dark. The black ink could not be scratched off. Neither could the wax crayon layer. This picture is ruined but it was a good lesson. I’m glad piece and this was not planned for admission into any contest.

Almost like an abstract art. So I’m linking to this abstract art pic prompt –

Prompt – abstract art picture prompt from The Daily Spur.
