It was a strange, but my dream of people doing jumping jacks (aka the star jump) sent me a message. It was a reminder to exercise, keep fit, lose excess weight and take care of my health.
If you have a similar dream about exercise, your brain is telling you to stay in shape and take care of your health. You may not be able to do jumping jacks, but you can do other exercises. One of the easiest ways to keep fit is to walk briskly for around 45 minutes.
