This question deals with increasing temperature rises in hotter climates globally.

My answer has many suggestions:
- Carry a water bottle with me, indoors and outdoors. I will be reminded to drink frequently from my bottle, as opposed to walking to water dispenser indoors. Carrying a source of water makes it convenient and accessible to drink sips of water requently.
- Refill your bottle whenever you come across a water cooler.
- Wet tissues are helpful to cool the face, bare arms and lower legs.
- Of course, when possible, go to a tap in a bathroom, to splash water on your face, to cool down. If you have time, take a cold shower.
- When indoors, stay under a fan, or air-conditioner. Place a small bucket of water under the ceiling fan. As the water evaporates, the air becomes heavier with water vapor and this helps you to feel cooler.
- When outdoors, walk under the shade, wear a hat/ baseball cap, or use a UV coated umbrella.
- Check the temperatures of your environment by using your smart phone or smart watch. Be aware in order that you can take precautionary measures against dehydration and heating up.
- Wear light colored clothing. Black fabric absorb heat from sunlight. The user feels hotter than if they were wearing light colored clothes.
- People who are free during the hot day can avail themselves of swimming and soaking facilities like swimming pools, beaches and other pools of water. Non-swimmers must be cautious of the risk of drowning. They should never place themselves in deep water.
- It can be good to avoid eating spicy food, or greatly reduce the quantity of chillies/ spices in the food.
