You can help yourself quickly when you’re anxious, by writing.
Writing is a self-therapy that is free, save for your pen and paper that you use. If you don’t know what to write, write about your thoughts in your stream of consciousness. For example, you can start to write, “I am anxious because … ” and you state your reasons. Write all about your anxiety. Follow your thoughts and you might even self diagnose on why you are anxious. In this way, you might write yourself out of anxiety.
