These are my bottles. I would be placing some negative feelings in my bottle. Then I would toss it far away into the sea. May it float away and never return to plague me.

Feelings of shame from abuse, hunger pangs from malnutrition, tiredness from doing housework from morning until night, injustice from being slighted and biased against, stress from high anxiety, wounds from verbal and physical abuse.
