Hyperstudio hall has the entire ceiling covered with white balloons clouds and a huge sunken pit filled with small plastic bubbles/ non-breakable balloons. My answer has many suggestions:

  1. Carry a water bottle with me, indoors and outdoors. I will be reminded to drink frequently from my bottle, as opposed to walking to water dispenser indoors. Carrying a source of water makes it convenient and accessible to drink sips of water requently.
  2. Refill your bottle whenever you come across a water cooler.
  3. Wet tissues are helpful to cool the face, bare arms and lower legs.
  4. Of course, when possible, go to a tap in a bathroom, to splash water on your face, to cool down. If you have time, take a cold shower.
  5. When indoors, stay under a fan, or air-conditioner. Place a small bucket of water under the ceiling fan. As the water evaporates, the air becomes heavier with water vapor and this helps you to feel cooler.
  6. When outdoors, walk under the shade, wear a hat/ baseball cap, or use a UV coated umbrella.
  7. Check the temperatures of your environment by using your smart phone or smart watch. Be aware in order that you can take precautionary measures against dehydration and heating up.
  8. Wear light colored clothing. Black fabric absorb heat from sunlight. The user feels hotter than if they were wearing light colored clothes.
  9. People who are free during the hot day can avail themselves of swimming and soaking facilities like swimming pools, beaches and other pools of water. Non-swimmers must be cautious of the risk of drowning. They should never place themselves in deep water.
  10. It can be good to avoid eating spicy food, or greatly reduce the quantity of chillies/ spices in the food.
