
Some people can’t understand how kindness towards others benefits oneself. It takes some reflection and meditation, to understand. When you’re kind towards others, they are touched by your charity, generosity and inspiration. One good deed deserves another. You are usually the first receiver of reciprocate kindness. You are the first to benefit. Receiving kindness in return is good for your well-being. The relationship between you and the other person is improved.
