If you have to go out, breakfast is your time to physically nourish your body, before facing the world. This is why breakfast is the most important meal of a new day. You can face the day’s challenges when you are fed. Even your brain needs nourishment to help you think. Your emotional self is affected by your body’s biochemistry, which also draws from your food input.
