
Today is Day 8, Dec 4, 2025:
Last night, I went to bed at 10:30 pm and slept until 1 am. I went to the bathroom, returned to my bedroom and ate Melatonin pills for sleep. It would be psychologically un-nerving if I were to stay awake with only 2 1/2 hours of sleep.
I believe with the aid of Melatonin, I returned to sleep, until 5 am. My next door neighbors had started talking to gaslight, to manipulate me and the opposite house neighbors. I was still tired, so I laid flat, until it was sunrise at around 6:30 am. I finally got up.
I reflected and after some time, I decided to stay out of other people’s feuds. I need to concentrate on my own work, so I’ve no time for being gaslit. If I’m good, maybe my work will benefit.
