Ear plugs
Ear plugs.

Try using ear plugs to stop noise and voices disturbing you.

If you hear noise, sounds and voices from the environment around your bedroom, try using ear plugs. By blocking out sound stimulation, you’ll fall asleep faster. You’ll sleep longer uninterrupted by noise. You’ll wake up when you need to go to the bathroom, or when it is your customary wake-up time.
