Meditation is more important than surfing the internet.
We need to practice mindful eating. To pay attention to chewing our food. We become more aware of the taste of food, savoring the juices, flavor, smell, texture, and warmth. We’ll feel grateful for all the resources that has provided for this food – resources from the scratch, until the cooked food on our plate. A lot of work has been put into growing food, harvesting it, delivering it to the sellers, buying raw food from retailers, and then finally cooking it for consumption. We should say thanks to all these people.
