Mindful Doodles #50 –
This woman thinks her eye lash detached and got stuck inside her eye. She tries to splash water into her eye to dislodge her eye lash but this method fails. She then forces herself to cry, hoping that when her eyes watered, her lash would be displaced.

Be mindful of eye care.

Mindful Doodles is a series of comic/ cartoon drawn on assimilating stimuli that comes into my mind. My surrounding and environment are dynamic. As events happen, the stimuli enters my brain and I pay attention to them. I am not mentally disturbed as I pay due respect to each stimulus. I ponder upon how I would deal with the stimulus, to manage the situation. I try to discover what lesson the Universe bestows on me in this encounter. I write my discovery as my Mindful Thought of the Day.

Take care of your eyes. They are the windows to the world.

Meditate on your Health

When you do the Breathing Meditation, or Sitting Pose Meditation, or Standing Meditation, you are going to focus on your body. You listen to it. You feel your body. Do you feel any pain or discomfort anywhere? Those are symptoms of problems. You can help yourself by trying to understand what is the root cause of the problem. If it is serious, you should consult your doctor. You know what they say; A Stitch In Time Saves Nine. You could save money before the problem escalates into a serious one.
