Writing from the internet

Dear Reader,

I’m writing in response to Helen’s journal prompt, “Do you care about leaving a legacy and people remembering who you are?”

I don’t care about leaving a legacy. I’ve been trying to cope with my life since I reached adulthood. I’m thankful for my life and I can’t think of trying to reach the higher level of Maslow’s pyramid of self-fulfilment.

I don’t see the need of leaving a legacy to show off to other people. I would care for my family, and try my best to take care of them.

I don’t see the need of reminding people who I am or who I was.

Yours sincerely,

An ordinary person.
