Rojie asks “What are you looking forward to this month (July)?” This is Rojie’s prompt for July 1 2026. Her post in response to this prompt is here.

My answer is a composite of different aspects.

For workwise, it is related to external global conditions, the wars, economy, supply-demand logistics, inflation, value of different commodities and etc. As we have all seen, all the presidents play different cards so I don’t have fixed objectives to anticipate in July.

In leisure, I’m looking forward to attending a jewelry exhibition, a movie and visiting a book store.

As for blogging, I’m anticipating adding more pieces of water color paintings to #100tinytreasures. It is Leslie Stroz’s annual hash tag challenge. Participants started on March 20, 2026 and do two tiny paintings a week, until they reach 100, one year later, by March 20, 2027. I didn’t follow the schedule. I draw and paint whenever I have an idea. Now, 37 tiny watercolors are posted here, but I have more that needs to be arranged and photographed together. I hope to complete 100 pieces soon.

This set has no fixed theme; being a potpourri of random people, Anne Hathaway (From extreme right, the 2nd vertical column downwards), my morning routine doodles (Helen’s doodle prompt; bottom left hand corner, with blue background) and etc.

I’ve started other fixed themes but have not painted them enough to show here.

In July 2026, I shall try my best to align my posts in chronological order. After I receive notification of the host’s current post, I’ll paste her link in my corresponding post. (Provided I have written that particular date’s post)
