Helen asks in her June 6 2025 prompt, “If you could clone yourself, what would you have “you 2.0” do while you are going about your day?”
My answer is no, I don’t want to clone myself. I’m not a copy of a human who I admire. I have not reached self-actualization. I don’t know if I ever will climb to the peak of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. There will be double trouble if there was a clone of myself.
I might like to travel back in time, to edit my former self. But I’ve tried to self-edit, by studying for different courses, in the hope that I would become better skilled to help myself. I may acquire a different skill set, but my inherent personality remains the same. I tried working in different jobs but I still felt the same. My gene pool restricts me.
If I had an extra pair of hands, like having another edition of me, I would like to be an artist whose works can sell easily. Take a peek into selected art pieces here.
I would like my clone to help me with chores, so that I can be free to do other work.
