It is because it is raining outside her window right now. The noisy rain falls on the awning, making more noise. It is so noisy that the neighbors doing gaslighting can not hear the voices inside her home. The neighbors are frustrated as they can’t do gaslighting on her now.
She can hear the splash of rain water on the road as cars speed by on the streets.
The day she realized her neighbors were gaslighting her to cheat her, their game plan failed. Nothing they said could convince her to listen to them with trust. They had low IQ and refused to withdraw or change their exposed game plan. They persisted to bang against the gate with their battering ram.
