Ten Things of Thankfulness Sat March 31 – April 5 2025

This is my list of Ten Things of Thankfulness Sat March 31 – April 5 2025.

  1. I’m thankful for my electrician who did troubleshooting for a technical issue. Otherwise, I would have to spend more money rectifying faults.
  2. Grateful for haiku, which have helped me write poetry. Is anyone writing napowrimo, Poem-A-Day, A-Z Challenge? Please feel welcome to drop your links here.
  3. I found a blogger who creates art similar to what I like. Marina also sends postcards and receives them via Postcrossing. She listed this in number 6 of her webpage on 100 facts about her.
  4. Grateful for my family, who give me much needed moral support.
  5. I give thanks for small pockets of fair weather, in order that we may exercise a bit outdoors, instead of being cooped up inside all the time.
  6. I found an alternative, cheaper service to remove weeds.
  7. I’m enjoying my stash of dried fruits, to supplement my regular fruit.
  8. The neighborhood’s environment has gotten way much quieter than half a year ago.
  9. Thanks to Clark at https://wakefielddoctrine.com for hosting this prompt and all the humor in his blog.
  10. Thanks to God for everything.

Oh, would you like to see mermaids, wild critters or diners at their tables?

  1. I love seeing critters (though I’m not so thrilled when I find rattlesnakes in my yard).
Glad you got your electrical woes solved. My air conditioner is showing signs of age; I’m hoping it will be an easy fix, too.

  2. Grat #5 is all the rage this week (the questionable commitment the weather has with the season)… here in southern New England we have what normally would be the weather of early March rather than early April.
    have a good week

*normally, in this context is ‘the way I remember it back when I was a kid… not that kids always tell the truth… lol
