Responses that self-write a TToT post or any post
This questionnaire will help you self-write a TToT post, or any post. You can copy the questions into your new post, type your answers, publish your post, then copy-paste its url into the Linky for TToT, when it opens on Fridays. The bloghop will bring some visitors to your post.
These questions recall gratitudes.
- Who do you appreciate this week? Who are you cheering for?
- What is your biggest triumph this week?
- What is your worst mistake (and biggest thanks for the important lesson) this week?
- Have you accomplished any goals this week?
- What are your regrets this week?
- What was the unexpected blessing you received this week?
- Do you read backdated records of your TToT?
- Who is your best cheerleader this week?
- What is your expression for gratitude this week?
- This space is for you to freewrite on anything relatable to thanksgiving.
Thank you.
My responses for this week:
- I appreciate my family member who lives with me.
- My thanks for the home reno contractor who responded to my request for repairs.
- My worst mistake every week is having to live in my present location, until my required occupation period is fulfilled sometime next year.
- My goals, for which I give thanks, are for: repairs to replace five broken window handles. I guess wrestlers used to live here before me.
- My regret this week is my inability to attend my relative’s social function, although I would have liked the opportunity to have a short travelogue.
- One in my group of contacts for contractors gave me compensation for a past bill which was over-charged.
- No. I think it is because a hardcopy journal is easier to thumb back to read.
- My best cheerleaders are bloggers in this bloghop. They will become YOUR cheerleaders too when you join us and get to know them.
- My personal quote: “If I can write it, I can practice writing in that genre.”
- My thanks to the powers who helped to guide me towards personal developments where I can work on.

Here’s just one of the broken handles, before being dismantled for replacement. From the uneven break, we can guess that it was forcibly wrenched off. After it gets fixed, I’ll show the brand new replacement.

Always give thanks to God! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
Thank you for visiting.
nice format (for a TToT)
[for the (historical)record, I am grateful for multiple choice exams. back in the days of college. there was always that moment when you’ve answered all the questions and the time is not up yet and you look back at your answers, not to see if you’d answer the same way, but to make sure there aren’t too many ‘D’s (or) ‘All of the Above’s’ lol]
I liked your #3 which very much captures the spirit of what we call hypograts*
Also enjoyed #7 to which my answer is: bigtime. (lol) I will, at times use RePrint posts when I need to jumpstart my brain at the beginning of writing… very often seeing something from the past takes the pressure off… I should say, this refers only to my Wakefield Doctrine posts (M,T,W &F) not the fiction
enjoying this. nice work!
*well, the fun of writing a blog is, in part, the freedom to make up words, provided they mean something. which in the case of a hypograt is to cite a bad thing and pair it with a positive take/reaction of follow-up
The humor in #4 made me smile but when I got down to the picture of the broken handle, maybe you got it right about wrestlers!
Your #6 gives me hope there are still honest people. Sounds rare for someone to offer a refund for an overpayment. It’s how it should be but how often it isn’t.
I love your #8, Cai. Because I know it to be true. I’m not as active in this hop as I once was, but I know, while hosts may have changed over the years, the kindness, comfort and camaraderie felt while sharing Thankfuls is special.
I do like your questions, and your answers. Have a blessed and beautiful week!
Thanks Denise.
Thank you, Clark.
That is a great list of questions, Cai – I might give them a go…
Have a great week!
Thank you.
