
Here’s a Prescription for Depression, and best of all, its free.
Back in the day when I was reading about depression, I came across one of its prescribed recommendations; plan your days and weeks to be filled with activities. The logic was that when you’re busy, you’ve no time to wallow in self-pity and lament that you feel depressed.
When we’re sad, we resort to using our inner strengths.
