How to take care of your mind?
Mindfulness can help you to concentrate on your activity. While you’re busy, you have no free resources to overthink and feel anxious, worried or stressed. Enjoy the moment. After your activity, think about your next one. Resting is also an activity. If you can’t rest with a blank mind, then listen to your familiar, favorite music.
You can consciously try to be mindful in every activity. Then write about your experiences. How do you feel after performing the activity with mindfulness? Recording your experiences is very important. You have proof of what happened when you practice mindfulness; which is a kind of meditation.
