Meditation & Drawing 1 Topic 31 days

I did meditation & drawing 1 topic for 31 days. Why 1 topic? I wanted to concentrate without wandering off to other thoughts. It happens when I have many things on hand. Limiting the quantity of stimulants helps me concentrate.

Concentrate on this drawing and meditate to shift away from worldly concerns. You have a lot on your mind and its time to focus on a simple activity to displace your anxieties. This is a type of meditation. More info is available in other posts:

5 Art Resources To Help You Meditate: Meditation #24

This is a 31 day challenge to draw your view out of your window. Draw this view from this same window, from Day 1, to Day 31. Why this topic? It is a method everyone is able to access and do. You don’t need to step outside and search high and low for a topic to draw.

This challenge is meant to hold accountability to a certain blog series.

I did my meditation and drawing challenge a long time ago. I took a long time to paint my pictures and now I’m pasting them here.

I like my painting to be in one shade of blue, instead of using different shades to try to imitate the pattern of clouds.

This series will be continued until it reaches 31.
