I think I got my flu shot in 2009. That’s outdated. Folks in my area visit the clinic after the fact. They don’t get preventive medicine for flu.

Meditating on vaccines:
After Covid-19, the flu vaccines are updated regularly, at least once a year. The flu viruses mutate and evolve fast because of globalisation, climate change and other factors. I know there are non-believers in the vaccines and there are side effects for select individuals. Overall, many have benefitted with protection from Covid and if they are infected, they recover well.
If you’re meditating on whether to get the flu shot, ask your family doctor to explain the risks and benefits involved.
