Meditate to respect insects
Do you know, there are people who respect the lives of ants too? I know a man who says ants have lives and they shouldn’t be killed. When he sees ants who interfere with his food or drinks, he would just shake the receptacles which they are crawling on, to make them scurry away. He would never kill ants. Sometimes, he even blows them away, to make them fall off from his plate or cup, and then they would hurriedly crawl away.
