Meditate to overcome anxiety

People with the known condition of claustrophobia must not put themselves in a situation where they are likely to face their fear. The situation will trigger their anxiety.

What happens when a person with claustrophobia is forced to sit in a working place which is a small cubicle? Or live in a small bedroom without real windows?

Whenever a living thing with mobility faces a threat, they have two choices; either to fight the threat, or to run away from the threat.

What if this person can’t leave the job and get a new job? What if they can’t change their bedroom or home?

  1. Desensitize from the threat.

2. Meditate to change your mindset.

3. Maybe the person has their own idea of how to handle their threat.
