Early in the morning, when my brain was still foggy, I couldn’t even recollect if I had scooped one teaspoon or two teaspoons of sugar.

Meditate to help your brain:
There have been research studies to show that meditation can help the brain. In studies on patients with dementia, it was shown that the group which practiced meditation, exhibited good cognition and memory recall. The test group of patients didn’t practice meditation and did not show as good cognitive abilities as the first group.
When meditation helps older adults, it means it can do for younger adults. Have you been practicing meditation for a long time? What have you experienced as benefits of meditation?
