This is what you can do to overcome your habit of postponing a much needed action. You can meditate daily, to change your habit. There are many types of meditation and you should choose one that best suits you. While you’re concentrating, tell yourself you’re going to change that procrastination habit. You can do it. You have enough resources in you to tackle everything that comes your way.

Believe in yourself. Your confidence and self-esteem will improve with time and practice. Once you’ve completed the task, you will feel good and confident. The successful completion will boost your moral and pave the way to tackle whatever necessary actions on your plate.
