Meditate to do self brain programing

Can you wake yourself up in the morning without using an alarm clock or watch? You can learn to wake yourself up, by programming your brain. At night, during bedtime, and before you close your eyes to fall asleep, think about waking up early next morning. This should be your last thoughts before you fall asleep. Meditate on this. You need to have a window and don’t draw the curtains, to allow sunlight to shine in. Keep a diary to record the result of your effort.

Practice this routine every night. You’re programing your brain to wake you up when some light falls on your skin. Write the dates of the nights and the outcomes of your meditative programing.
