What is the meaning of dreaming of a lock? It is a symbol of security being needed. A lock secures entry to an item which you don’t want others to open and meddle in. You may have a situation in life where you want to secure to prevent others from knowing or doing interference. You may have a secret which you need to keep under lock and key. Conversely, you may be seeing a lock because someone has imposed a condition which prevents you from moving farther in that direction.
