For JusJoJan Jan 6 2026, the writing prompt is “intentional”

Linda hosts JusJoJan every January. This blog challenge has been on-going for 12 years.
I’ve experienced that intentional meditation works for positive effects. For example, I used to see recurring dreams of a certain woman and voice, talking to me. I know that in dreams, the character is uusually an invention of a few types of people. The character could also be about myself. I tried to stop that recurring dream, by telling myself and my brain that I don’t wish to see that woman. It was a kind of intentional meditation, where I tried to program my brain. It worked. I stopped seeing that recurring dream for many, many days.
If you have something you wish to change, try intentional meditation. Your brain will control your thoughts, and behaviors to adhere to the desired change.
