What can you do when you have a small discomfort that medical science probably can’t resolve? Try a home remedy that has been passed down generations. I don’t recommend home remedies except for myself, since I am responsible for myself.

Home remedy for aching muscles
Pour hot water into a small bowl. Soak a small hand towel into the hot water. Wring out the water lightly so that the towel will retain enough water to be moist. Open the towel and lay the warm towel on your aching muscles. This will soothe the ache.

That’s a good remedy… I get a lot of aching muscles from cramp in the night and I do mean really bad cramp. I have tried allorts of remedies and exercises… Now I am trying Magisium cream at night I rub it into my ley and arm muscles. I hope you find ease. 💜💜💜
