If you desire to raise children, I would suggest thinking about adoption from your local community. Talk to the adoption agencies in your local community. There are many babies who are given up and waiting for adoption at orphanages, social services and safe houses.
I have a few stories about agencies and hospitals who are crying out for adopters to take away kids in their charges. Adoption can’t be forced on anyone. It can only happen when the responsible adults have the means to raise the kids.
