Mindful Doodles #390 – Watchful eye
I became a kind of security guard for a random stranger. I was in Starbucks when a woman dumped her belongings on the long bar table where I was seated.
She said, “Excuse me, can you watch my things for me?”
“How long will you be gone?”
“Just 5 minutes. I’m going to the toilet.”
“Okay.”

Meditation Increases Your Patience
I meditated while the lady was gone. Sometimes, doing a good deed causes a little inconvenience, but its all right. I don’t mind the little bother. Meditation increases your patience and tolerance for transgressions. The stranger transgressed into my personal space of time and privacy, but I tolerated it.
