Meditate to think of what you can do to help yourself Mindful Doodles #137

Mindful Doodles #137:
She sells sea shells by the sea shore. (Sorry this is not original). If you are in desperate need for money, would you sell sea shells and other souvenirs by the sea? I would. I would set up a stall to sell legal merchandise.

Sea shells

Writing prompt – tongue twister.

Mindful Doodles is a series of comic/ cartoon drawn on assimilating stimuli that comes into my mind. My surrounding and environment are dynamic. As events happen, the stimuli enters my brain and I pay attention to them. I am not mentally disturbed as I pay due respect to each stimulus. I ponder upon how I would deal with the stimulus, to manage the situation. I try to discover what lesson the Universe bestows on me in this encounter. I write my discovery as my Mindful Thought of the Day.

Why be mindful? By paying time and attention to a disturbing stimulus, you deal  with it. It ceases to be new and disruptive to you. You have released anxiety. You have greatly reduced your mental stress.

Meditate to think of what you can do to help yourself in a legitimate way

If selling sea shells by the sea shore is legitimate, then you can do it The above suggestion is only an example to illustrate a point.

We adults are all responsible for ourselves, and maybe also for other people, as according to our personal roles. If we are an adult offspring, we may be required to care for our parents. If we are a parent, we are required to care for our underaged child. If we have a job, we are required to work according to our duties.

If we need money, we are required to work or do a business, to generate income.

We have to meditate and think about what we can do to help ourselves.
