Anger is a common emotion that erupts in some circumstances. It shows itself in some forms like bad tempers, bad moods, prolonged, lingering resentment. As anger is directed outwards, it affects people around the person who is angry.

What can we do with anger? We can change negative energy into a positive one. We examine what is wrong with that situation, by reflection and meditation. If we find problems, we should also think of solutions for them.

Humans are motivated by desire. When there are forces stopping the attainment of desire, a person can become angry.

A concrete anecdote would be how a person wants things to happen in a certain way to her advantage. A victim falls. More consequences follow. Now this woman can not handle it. She throws her temper and blames living, surrounding people. These living people have no way to revive the dead to address the issue of consequences. In the first place, the woman who caused a death has no right to defer responsibility to others. The fall out of the consequences continues for years.

Mediation may resolve disputes and their accompanying anger. This may require intervention from a higher authority that has to be obeyed.
