World Mental Health Day

is on October 10, 2020. Mental health issues have hit almost everyone in some form or another during this long pandemic of Covid-19. We are weary.

If you have mental stress, emotional turmoil, long term tiredness or spiritual uncertainties, please talk to someone. That person can be a friend, counselor or therapist. There are charities and social welfare organizations in your local area that offer assistance. Talk to them.
