Mindful Doodles #391 – What I ate on March 3 2019

I’m on a healthy food diet because my doctor sounded me off on my blood pressure and cholesterol.

This is what I ate and drank on March 3, 2019:
Coffee, purple sweet potato, orange sweet potato, dried fruit tea, chicken with one slice of cucumber and one slice of tomato, with rice, hawthorn/ wolf berries soup, Hibiscus flower tea, cocoa, black bean soup, yogurt, one small avocado, half a handful of cashew nuts with almonds, four dried apricots, several glasses of water, one serving boiled broccoli.

Healthy food and beverages.

I’m ashamed of myself. Look at the quantity!

On the other hand, many of them are beverages. Here’s the breakdown in food and beverages.

Food:
Purple sweet potato, orange sweet potato, chicken with one slice of cucumber and one slice of tomato, with rice, one small avocado, half a handful of cashew nuts with almonds, four dried apricots, one serving boiled broccoli.

Beverages/ soups
Coffee, dried fruit tea, hawthorn/ wolf berries soup, Hibiscus flower tea, cocoa, black bean soup, yogurt, several glasses of water.

Wolf berries is also known as Hawthorn fruit and Goji Berries.
