What does it mean when you dream of a visitation and later discover your visitor has died? This is a common dream. Some dreamers ask, who has visited who in the hours of death? Did the soon-to-be-dead visit the dreamer? Or maybe the dreamer visited the soon-to-be-deceased?
There are stories of dreamers who saw their beloved one in a dream, only to discover the next day, that person had died. I would guess that the deceased’s soul was freed from its mortal body, and traveled to visit other living people.
