If you have access to a sphygmomanometer, take a reading now. What is your blood pressure reading now? Write to record it in a book.

Drink a glass of water. Meditate before using your sphygmomanometer. The time difference between drinking the water, meditating, and then taking a reading should be enough for the water and meditation to take some effect. Then take your reading again. Is your blood pressure reading different?
