She asks where’s Dust? I’m telling this story to answer her question.

She woke up from bed and went to the bathroom. She had a decent night’s sleep. Her eyes were dusty with dried eye dirt. After her early morning ablutions, she left the bathroom to walk to the kitchen to make her hot beverage. She saw a ball of bright light walking, nay floating along, beside her. She was shocked but remained calm.

  1. Believe it or not, I have had a similar encounter with a bright floaty light, to this day I don’t kniw where it came from nor what it was.

    Warning! lol From my experience ‘Serial Sixes’ are both addicting and too much fun. Especially if you are a seat-of-the-pants writer as am I.

    Excellent opening, draw us Readers in… very easy to identify with your MC. Who doesn’t see themselves in the activities of a morning. ok with the possible exception of the floating bright light.

  4. My kids & I used to call those corner dwellers “eye guys.” 😂 Don’t know what we’d call the traveling lights. Maybe “Glow Bros”?

  5. so enjoyed that light filled floating character…. i will never ask again nor will i acknowledge i never knew him nor saw him… i am assuming he is of a he nature

  6. I used to research the internet for the lights. Youtube and elsewhere. Somewhere, a writer said they could be low energy spheres. They took the shape of spheres as they had low, insufficient energy to make any other formations.

  8. I’d like to think after exclaiming a favorite semi-swear word beginning with “H”, ending in “N”, I too would be calm. But… maybe not, lol. Definitely, looking forward to more of this story.

  9. That thing seemed to be individualistic in nature. I wonder if I have suitable ideas for a plot. I have a faint idea for one but have yet to try it out. Thank you for your suggestion.
