Are you in the newspapers, in a good way? My local newspaper sometimes highlights ordinary residents who have done activities to help the local communities.
I’m reading newspapers. This helps me to relax. On a good day, we can get several interesting stories. Do you read newspapers too?

Reading can be a meditation too. You have voluntarily closed other inputs of stimulation. You’re concentrating on a source of material. You read and the words become a part of you. When you practice the good suggestions that you read about, you assimilate the ideas, to become a part of you.
