poetry for TToT bloghop Mar 19 – 24 2026

White flowers with red centers.

My TToT (Ten Things for Thankfulness) is written in the form of ten Haikus.

Haiku #1

Had burning questions –

would everything go smoothly?

yes, everything in place!

Haiku #2

Onward to Marks and Spencer –

where o where is my buddy?

Closed, forever none!

Haiku #3

Next, supermarket –

my staple friend awaits me;

faithfully serving.

Haiku #4

Photo booth.
Photo booth.

Need official pics;

application for a form –

my mug so ugly 🙁

Haiku #5

Pics develop slow;

Wait one hour outside the store –

McDonalds, we go! 🙂

Haiku #6:

McDonald's restaurant.
McDonald’s restaurant.

Searching for table;

first round nets us no success.

second gives table.

Haiku #7:

Have table, will eat!

One to sit, one to order –

great to sit and eat!

Haiku #8:

Soon one hour pass;

I backtrack to collect mugs –

our day’s work complete.

Haiku #9:

Last pit-stop – cab stand;

wait time surprise short and sweet –

rural roads’ smooth drive.

Haiku #10:

Thanks for bloggers true,

promise, rendevous next week.

Thanks for readers true.

My other blogging challenges:

This was prepared in advance because the veteran bloggers said it is a yearly challenge and we have months to prepare.

  • #100tinytreasures on instagram Mar 20 2026 to Mar 20 2027. Its roughly finishing 2 tiny paintings per week, until the end of one year, on Mar 20, 2027. You can use paper of any size of “tiny”. There are no hard and fast rules. You can even paint on bigger pieces of paper. My blog link is https://booksreviewsandmore.com/100tinytreasures-author-portraits/
