Strelitzia, aka Bird of Paradise plant

We visited the mall, because we wanted to buy a special rag and the fast, return transport was unavailable due to the town’s population having a meeting. There would be cabs in the queue for arrivals to depart to their destinations. There we’ll get transport. The silver lining in this black cloud is we get to shop in a mall which we seldom visit. Oh, the atmosphere! The ambiance!

Can I get a pass for hogging three thanks in this trip? Thanks for the chance to buy the rag, shopping in the classy mall, and lastly, transport to return home.

4. Time flew quickly this week and I didn’t feel it.

5. I managed to water my potted plants with recycled rain water and save on my water bill.

6. We visited another two different malls on two different days.

7. I found an unusual item I needed for the house.

8. My sink was declogged with a cleaning liquid in a bottle.

9. I found a household item which was formerly missing for almost 3 weeks.

10. Thanks to my god, my god, my all empowering God.

  1. We don’t insist on a count of exactly ten items, the point is the gratitude, the thankfulness, the joy and the sharing. You’re welcome to do one big, huge, all encompassing thankful if you wish.

Yes, the three in one trip is perfect, too.

I am most thankful you have joined us.

  2. Lovely list to read this week. What is a “rag”? Is that like a scrap of fabric? Drain: Well done to your bottle of drain cleaner (we use soda crystals once a week over here in England). I hope this coming week gives you much joy.

  3. and… to riff off Mimi and Misky’s Comments:
One of the coolest things about this bloghop is that it has always celebrated creativity.

(Good thing, considering a certain blog we won’t mention the name of (…rhymes with: ‘the Wakefield Doctrine’*)

But serially, it’s true. Plus we have Secret Rule 1.3! In that Rule (Section 4.1a “…any contributor of good intent, caught in a bind on numerogly, may abscond with the rule for that particular post.”

    *lol love that joke
