I start my morning with prayer-meditation. Then I drink some black coffee. Its one level teaspoonful of instant coffee, with a teaspoonful of sugar. I cook breakfast for my family. One member wants a selected carbohydrate with vegetables. Another person likes a choice of cereal with a beverage. I eat bread or a slice of sponge cake with my coffee.
I do my own work from home during the day. The money isn’t good but I don’t have a choice.
