Mindful Doodles #530 – Don’t judge a book by its cover
A journal prompt asked – What’s the most common wrong impression people have of you? An impression is not the absolute statement. Its like judging a book by its cover. You don’t sample its true contents. I should implement a better approach. Like getting to know the person thoroughly.
Many people get the wrong impression that I’m proud.

This drawing was done using my left hand, which is my non-dominant hand.
Writing prompt “implement“.
Meditation on how not to judge
When we look at a book, we judge its appeal by its cover. Similarly, when we look at a person, we judge him/ her by the appearance. This method of judging comes with a warning. An apple can look good because no one can see the worm in its core. You know what people say about good looking humans – they may not have much grey matter in the brain. Sometimes, I meet ugly people with the most beautiful and kind hearts.
