My meditation on Day 11, Dec 8:

I went to sleep at 10:45 pm and awoke at 3:45 am. I always walk to the bathroom, so that I can return to sleep and hopefully sleep through until it is near 7 am. And I did, I next woke up at 6:45 am. I had 8 hours of sleep.

Happy is the woman or man who has sufficient sleep!

I reflected on yesterday’s events. Yesterday morning, on Sunday, I experienced a weird dream, but decided not to talk about it. Silence is golden. It deprives the culprit of the satisfaction of knowing they disturbed me. So the result of my silence is that I got better sleep on Sunday night through the wee hours of Monday morning. The alternative could be only 3 hours of sleep and being kept awake until sunrise and time for me to arise and walk down to the living room. The other alternative is to be awakened every 2 hours. It is all in the scheme of sadistic behaviors. My city is populated by people who use sleep control to abuse and torment.

On Monday early noon, my family received a message to go and collect their home projector’s remote control and so we did make the trip to the store in town. It was only a collection, so we didn’t have to queue and wait for long.
