Meditate to listen how God talks to us

God talks to us all the time. When you meditate, you reduce your distractions and become alert to the natural sounds in your environment. Nature talks, because God made nature. Listen to the sounds of birds chirping, the wind howling, and the leaves rustling.

“Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?”

Matthew 6:26

This scripture reminds us that God is present around us. He cares for the birds, as well as us. This is how God talks to us. God is behind us, in front of us, beside us and in us.
