Meditate & Motivate Yourself To Banish That Mental Block
We tend to think that change is difficult and nearly impossible to achieve. Those fear and anxiety are mostly in the mind. We need to think positive. Yes, we can change. Yes, we can move our mountain. That mountain is only in our mind. It is not a real mountain. We don’t need to search for other people to help us move our imaginary mountain. Even if we can find Augy, he may not want to help us. Or he simply can not help us. Then what?
Let’s start with one small step. This will diminish or banish that mental block. What is preventing you from starting to change?
