Meditate if you feel empty

Meditate if you feel empty. If you feel lukewarm or indifferent to life’s exciting moments and disappointments, you may be experiencing a lack of passion.

You can pray and meditate to increase your capacity to feel. You’re searching for something to fill the void – that perfect friend/ hobby/ anything. One way is to stop looking for that perfect thing and accept life as it is. Then you’ll find yourself feeling more peaceful than ever.

Another method is to consult somebody who is mature enough to act as your spiritual guide. These people are able to understand and discern what your problem is, and guide you towards resolution.

Its normal to sometimes feel empty. It creates a desire to feel the opposite. How do you sate your heart? You can give love to your family and close ones. Unless they are very self-centered, they’re likely to reciprocate and return some love. Then, you can revel in the sweetness of love.

No one’s journey is full of highs, or filled with lows. There will be ups and downs. Neither is a journey static and at equilibrium, even though it seems to be such. The fact is that every high or low will return to equilibrium. Usually, a person’s neutral state is at equilibrium. However, there are people whose disposition is negative so when they are at equilibrium, they sink to a low. Their equilibrium state is sad.

The opposite is also true. For those whose equilibrium is positive; meaning they are happy at their static state, when they are at an equilibrium state, they show a happy mood.

Your belief in your faith will help you. Trust that things will work out. You may not obtain exactly what you want, but your heart and mind will be open to see alternatives, which may work out for you. Look, listen, learn.
